My Work
Previously, I was a Senior UX designer at JP Morgan Chase, reimagining advisor experiences within Private Bank onboarding and client investment platforms. In my first year, I led design for digitizing the experience for sending and receiving documents. Later, I co-led design for the ConnectWealth Unified Managed Accounts platform, integrating Wealth Planning, Proposal, Advisory Enrollment, Client Onboarding, Suitability, and Fees to create a seamless end-to-end experience for Advisors and clients.
Before that, I was at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focused on delivering digital financial experiences under the wealth/investments/retirement team. I worked on modernizing and integrating the Benefits OnLine administrator and employee experiences through their respective platforms.
I love interacting with customers, pinpointing what's wrong with varying research methods, and crafting/testing solutions. I'm experienced in user research, agile product development, human-centered design, and collaborating with diverse teams. Check out my previous projects and experiences below!
